Meet Darren
Darren is an experienced finance professional and Director with over a decade in the financial services industry. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning, Darren brings a strong technical foundation to financial planning.
Financial advice has always always been my passion and I have served in the profession for over 14 years now across various roles. My time with clients and colleagues has taught me their needs and expectations, as well as how to solve them and create great financial outcomes or solutions and to deliver on the promises made. Over the course of my life my father had always taught me that you are only as powerful as your network, so whilst my main gig is within the financial realm, I am also looking to connect with like-minded people who too share this same mantra. If we have connected, you are either already apart of my network or it is my intention that we will meet and possibly work together. After all in the words of Richard Branson "Having a good network can be invaluable. It opens doors for you and allows you to enter into opportunities that are beneficial to your business".

Meet Tanya
Tanya brings a strong blend of experience, professionalism, and human understanding to her role as a lending specialist. With more than twelve years in New Zealand’s financial services industry and over thirty years of running her own businesses, she offers clients a depth of knowledge shaped by a uniquely diverse career.
After establishing a solid foundation in finance, Tanya expanded her skill set by founding and operating McQueen Creative Studios, a film production company she ran for 18 years. Working with business owners to craft clear, authentic and compelling content strengthened her ability to communicate complex information in a way that is accessible, meaningful, and easy to understand. This, combined with her diploma in filmmaking, gives her an uncommon perspective — one that blends analytical thinking with creativity and clarity.
Tanya is also a qualified counsellor, a background that enhances her ability to genuinely understand clients’ priorities and support them with professionalism and care. She approaches every conversation with focus, respect, and an appreciation for the real-life context behind each financial decision.
What makes Tanya’s approach unique is the breadth of experience she brings. Her eclectic career path has given her a well-rounded understanding of people, business, communication, and decision‑making. This depth of insight allows her to guide clients through the lending process with confidence, precision, and a calm, solutions‑focused mindset.
